To be able to play in this tournament, players have to be club members.
Yearly membership fees are $120 full and $100 concession or junior with $85 family membership for each family member ($25 for third person if he or she is a junior).

Entry fee:
GM & IM free
Full fee $50.
Concession/junior $40.

Two half-point byes will be allowed from rounds 1 to 7, but it is necessary to let us know by Tuesday night to receive a bye on the upcoming Saturday as we confirm the pairings on Wednesdays.

2 Rating Groups:
1st: $100
2nd: $50

Rating groups and prizes will be determined when tournament numbers and strength are determined. Prizes will also be increased accordingly if there are more than 30 entrants.
Prizes are also to be split between equal players.
If there is a tie for 1st, prize money will be split, however the title will be determined by a playoff.
